Time period: The Company will maintain your personal information in the duration of the Company’s operation, and process and utilize the same pursuant to laws. Area: The consumers’ personal information will be utilized in the areas where KOOL is operating.

Target and way of use:

The consumers’ personal information will be collected for the search function to facilitate the Company’s member and customer management. Meanwhile, the Company will utilize the same in the following manners:

• For service of goods or written invoice
• Basis for any prize draw
• For authentication of accounts
• For comparison and verification of the concerned parties participating in events, applying for refund and filing complaints

Where you provide any false, untrue or incomplete information, KOOL shall be entitled to suspend or terminate your account and reject you to access the Service in whole or in part.

Your account and nickname shall not consist of any disputable text implying threat, obscenity, abuse, misconduct and infringement upon another person’s interest and right.

Upon successful sign-in, you shall be obligated to keep your account and password confidential and safe. KOOL will not be liable for any loss caused by your disclosure of the information to any third person. Should you have safety concern, please delete or log out your account and password after finishing it.

The consumers may exercise the following rights pursuant to the Personal Information Protection Act upon delivery of their personal information to the Company:

• Any inquiry and request for a review of the personal information;
• Any request to make duplications of the personal information;
• Any request to supplement or correct the personal information;
• Any request to discontinue collection, processing or use of personal information; and
• Any request to delete the personal information.

Mode of exercise: The consumers may file the application through customer service email(service@koolapp.com), when the consumers shall provide their ID card or other documents to the Company’s customer service center for comparison and verification of the concerned party’s identity.

The consumers may provide the personal information to their sole discretion, as their interest and right will remain unaffected even if they choose not to do so.

Unless the Company is required to retain your personal information pursuant to laws and regulations, you may ask KOOL to delete, or cease processing and using your personal information at any time, provided that you shall acknowledge that KOOL is entitled to suspend or terminate your membership account for the Service or reject you to access the services provided by KOOL, in whole or in part, once you make said request.

The Company reserves the right to amend the contents herein. When the Company makes any amendments about collection, processing and use of personal information, we will update this page to notify you of the relevant changes whenever you log into the “KOOL” platform. KOOL will never sell, exchange or lease your personal information to any groups or individuals, unless in the following circumstances, including (but not limited to):

• Your conduct violates the service terms and conditions, or is likely to impair or interrupt with KOOL’s interest and right or to result in damages to any person, and KOOL discloses your personal information in order to identify and contact you or take a legal action.
• It is believed in good will that disclosure of your personal information should be required by any written law.
• When the judicial body asks the Company to disclose specific personal information for the sake of public safety, the Company will take necessary measures after considering the judicial body’s legitimacy and compliance with legal procedures, in addition to all users’ safety.
